About North Andrews Gardens and North Andrews Terrace Area

North Andrews Gardens is situated South of E Cypress Creek Road and North of Prospect Rd, along N Andrews Ave. Most properties were built after 1950 now giving homes to over 10,000 people.  There are no waterfront properties found in the North Andrews area, however this also adds to the charm of this neighborhood.  There is large sense of community and family values.  This along with affordable price points makes North Andrews and ideal spot for first timers and new families starting off.   There is much culture as well in the North Andrews area.  One will notice a strong Cuban, Columbian, and Peruvian influence in some of the shops and restaurants.
