Gibson Group Property Management LLC was formed to acquire tenants, collect rents, manage tenant relations, account for and distribute income, and when necessary evict tenants.  As a natural extension to this service there is a renovation component to recommend and implement improvements to client properties using the serviices of referral contractors.  These improvements are based on relatively proprietary recommendations to increase cash flow, curb appeal, tenant occupancy rates, and exit strategies.
