When considering a luxury condo, in addition to the views there generally are broad ranges of amenities such as exercise rooms, libraries, security, accessibility and restrictions for leasing and pets. Some condominiums are entirely pet friendly and others adamantly do not allow pets of any type. It is extremely important to have your Realtor research which amenities in a condominium are important to you before you begin your search.
