Lauderdale Manors

Lauderdale Manors is a subdivision of the City of Fort Lauderdale and is known to offer some of the least expensive single-family homes East of Interstate I95 and still within Fort Lauderdale. Located North of Sunrise Boulevard, South of Wilton Manors, and West of Powerline Road, the Lauderdale Manors is positioned for fantastic growth and appreciation. Fine points of geographic location also lead way to Lauderdale Villas and other smaller sections of the area more widely known as Lauderdale Manors, and have their own interesting characteristics.

Ideal for first time home buyers who need to stay at or below $200,000 budgets, investors, and any real estate purchasers looking for potential in appreciation, Lauderdale Manors is almost exclusively single family homes (very little multi-family or condominiums), and offers winding streets, and a wide range of single family home sizes and styles.

Many real estate investors have purchased in Lauderdale Manors in the past years, so the population of tenants relative to owner occupants is somewhat higher than in other areas of Fort Lauderdale and is undergoing tremendous change as the first time buyers are moving into the areas to buy what is, to them, affordable housing East of I95. Municipal sewer system installation has recently been completed in Lauderdale Manors, and along with the subsequent new street paving, the area is poised even more for potential growth.
